Key Holding:
We offer a key holding service to allow access to your property for both guests and tradesmen upon request. For a one off annual charge this will include:
- Monthly external and Internal inspections (incident report to client on a monthly basis)
- Storm damage checks when applicable (reported damage when applicable)
- Inform client of any problem that requires immediate attention
- Check mail box weekly and forward on to client if requested
- Air property on a regular basis (Spain has one of the highest humidity levels in Europe, without regular airing your furnishings will start to show signs of mould and damp)
- Switch on air conditioning/electricity boiler prior to arrival when requested

Welcome Packs:
Welcome packs are highly recommended for any guests visiting, and are supplied for a small charge, (POA). We can offer Welcome Packs ranging from:
- The Basics (eggs, milk, water, tea, bread, butter, preserves, juice, wine & beer, coffee, cheese, ham and cereal).
We can also help with individual requests for special occasions eg wine, champagne, chocolates, flowers or fruit baskets. Prices on application (POA).

Meet & Greet:
All guests will be met upon arrival at the property and your house rules explained. We have found that by offering this facility, guests respond by taking a greater care of the property. Our representative will provide your guests with our contact details and will be more than happy to attend the property and discuss any non emergency concerns with them during reasonable hours. For emergencies we can be contacted and will be available 24/7.

Cleaning:
We will visit the property immediately after each letting ends to check utilities and appliances and to secure the property.
Full clean upon departure of guests will include:
- All areas swept and mopped
- Polish and vacuum where required
- Full kitchen clean including all appliances
- All cupboards are emptied, cleaned and contents checked for cleanliness and washed if necessary
- All bed linen changed and laundered
- Bathroom/s including wc’s etc
- Change bath towels and launder
- Toilet rolls changed and stocked
- Change and launder tea towels
- Sweep and tidy all outside tiled areas
- Clean windows (internally)
- All bins emptied
- Full security and damage check completed
Extra scheduled cleans can be accommodated upon request over a 2 week stay (POA)
Note: All departures must vacate by 10 am and no new guests to arrive prior to 4 pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Extra Cleaning:
- Also available pre-clean for holiday home owners before arrival.
- Our pre-clean service is ideal for your property after any lengthy period of non-occupation.
- One-off spring cleaning services also available.
- External windows cleaned once a month or as required (POA).

Maintenance & Repairs:
Some properties are not occupied for long periods of time and there might be an undetected problem that could be quickly sorted out if the house is visited on regular basis.
If there s a problem of any kind you will be notified immediately by e-mail or telephone and we will make arrangements if any repairs are needed according to your instructions. No work will be undertaken without prior consent from the client. All work done by tradesmen will be supervised and checked upon completion to a satisfactory standard.

- Grass cutting & borders (tidying and weeding)
- Watering lawn and plants, patio jet washing
- Supply and planting plus any other requests
